We match every review to an order in our system before it goes up. If we cannot match it, it is not published.
In the customer’s own words
We publish what you send us. We do not rewrite it, shorten the criticism or edit a three-star experience into a five-star one.
Never bought and never traded
No discount, no gift and no priority in the queue is offered in exchange for a review, here or on any other platform.
Yours to withdraw at any time
Ask us to take your review down, in writing or over WhatsApp, and it comes down. We do not ask why.
Tell us how it went
Good or bad, in as many words as you like. Tell us whether we may use your name and the car — we will not publish either without being told we can.
