A quotation list lives in your own browser until you choose to send it.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site.
- Your name and WhatsApp number, which we need in order to reply.
- Your email address, if you choose to give it.
- What you told us you are looking for: the car, your budget, your location and any notes.
- Which page you sent the request from, so the person replying has context.
What we do not collect
This website does not take payments, and never asks for card or bank details.
We do not record your IP address or fingerprint your browser, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and keep track of what was agreed. Your request is stored in our internal system so that a member of our team can follow it up.
Your quotation list
When you add cars to a quotation list, that list is stored in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us and we cannot see it, unless you submit it as a request. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The WhatsApp buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send, and what happens in that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy as well as this one.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you want your details removed, contact us and we will do it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on our contact page and we will respond.
